Right to Rectification

You have the right to request that we correct any personal data we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete. We will respond to your request within one month.

Right to Erasure

Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you can request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances, including when:

• You withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis for processing
• You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
• The data has been processed unlawfully

Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or object to processing.

Right to Data Portability

Where we process your data by automated means based on your consent or for contract performance, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or the performance of a task in the public interest. You also have the absolute right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where we process your data based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in relation to your personal data.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When determining retention periods, we consider:

• The nature and sensitivity of the personal data
• The purposes for which we process the data
• Legal and regulatory requirements
• Whether we can achieve those purposes through other means

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by law.

International Transfers

We do not routinely transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom. If we need to do so, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
